1.     About These Terms

This website is operated by Pink Ladoo Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Pink Ladoo. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pink Ladoo.

These terms explain how we supply our products and services, including gift packaging, hampers, invitations and personalised orders. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.

2.     Product Information and Inclusions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and specifications.

Unless expressly included in the product description or your written quote, products are supplied as empty packaging. Edibles, decorative props and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included.

Please check the listed dimensions, capacity and pack contents before purchasing. Dimensions described as approximate may have minor manufacturing variations. Weight capacities depend on the contents used.

Colours may appear slightly different across screens and lighting conditions. These variations do not remove your rights where a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

3.     Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any agreed additional costs will be disclosed before you commit to the purchase.

For customised or bulk orders, your written quote will set out the price, payment schedule, inclusions and any minimum order quantity.

Any deposit requirement and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before you accept the quote.

Price changes apply to future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of a confirmed order without your agreement.

4.     Orders and Availability

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. If we identify a stock shortage, pricing error or other issue affecting supply, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options.

We will not substitute a different product or make a material change to your order without your agreement.

If we cannot supply an item and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund payments relating to the unavailable item.

5.     Customised and Personalised Orders

Customised orders may include names, logos, printed messages, colours, artwork or specially arranged contents.

Where a proof is provided, please check spelling, dates, layout, dimensions and other details before approving it in writing.

Changes requested after approval may affect the price or completion date. We will explain any additional charges and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

If we reproduce an error exactly as shown in a proof you approved, correcting that error may involve additional costs. This does not affect your rights where we depart from the approved proof or otherwise fail to meet our obligations.

6.     Customer-Supplied Artwork

You must have permission to use any logos, photographs, text or other artwork you provide.

You give us permission to use those materials to prepare and fulfil your order. We will seek separate permission before using your personalised artwork or order photographs for marketing.

7.     Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched or customised production has started.

For customer-requested cancellations, any applicable charge must be reasonable, relate to costs or losses actually incurred, and be consistent with conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

These conditions do not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from a fault, failure to supply or another breach of your statutory rights.

8.     Shipping and Collection

Delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy and any written arrangements agreed for your order.

Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing.

If your order is required for a particular event, tell us before purchasing so we can confirm whether we can meet your requirements.

Please notify us promptly of delivery problems. We will assist with enquiries concerning carriers we arrange. Using a third-party carrier does not remove our responsibilities under applicable consumer law.

Collection, where offered, must be arranged with us in advance.

9.     Filled Hampers and Food Products

Food items are included only where expressly stated in the listing or agreed in your written order.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, contact us before ordering. Please check the supplied ingredient, allergen, storage and use-by information before consumption.

We do not represent products as allergen-free unless this is expressly confirmed for the particular product.

Delivery options for filled hampers may depend on the contents, destination and transport conditions.

10.  Returns, Faults and Consumer Rights

Our products and services are supplied subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.

For a major product failure, you can generally choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may first provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Customised products and sale items remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

Change-of-mind requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and any conditions agreed before purchase.

11.  Reporting a Problem

Please email info@pinkladoo.com.au with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Contacting us promptly helps us investigate. A request for prompt notification does not impose a fixed deadline on your statutory rights.

Original packaging may help us assess damage, but it is not a condition of a remedy for faulty goods. Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return costs.

12.  Website Use and Intellectual Property

You must not use this website unlawfully, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its security or upload harmful content.

Website photographs, designs, text and branding belong to Pink Ladoo or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Please obtain permission before reproducing our website content for commercial use.

13.  Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information provided for an order may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to process payment, prepare the order and arrange delivery, as explained in that policy.

14.  Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future transactions. The version applicable when you place your order will govern that order unless we agree otherwise with you.

An update will not retrospectively remove your existing contractual or statutory rights.

15.  Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and applicable Australian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or using an available dispute-resolution process.
