Shipping Within Australia
We offer shipping Australia-wide. Delivery options and costs depend on your location, parcel dimensions, weight and order quantity.
Some large or delicate hamper arrangements may require special delivery arrangements. For filled hampers, please contact us before ordering to confirm suitable delivery options for your destination.

Shipping Charges
Product prices exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are payable by the customer and are based on the applicable freight costs.

Your order confirmation will include an estimated shipping charge where available. If the final freight cost differs from the estimate, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional payment or applicable refund.
Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly identified with its applicable conditions.

Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch standard orders within five business days of order confirmation and payment, subject to stock availability.
Customised products, bulk orders and filled hampers may require additional preparation time. We will confirm the estimated timeframe when discussing your order.

Delivery Timeframes
Our current estimated delivery timeframe is within fourteen business days. Rural and remote locations may take longer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, peak seasonal demand or other transport delays.
If your order is required for a wedding, festival or another specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss the available options.

Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email the available shipping details and tracking information, where provided by the carrier.

Delivery Details
Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched. Any applicable redelivery or address-correction charges will be discussed with you.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected items. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
