COVID-19 update: Because of high parcel volumes and COVID precautions,deliveries might take a little longer. Our team is working hard to prepare orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time frames shown at the time of checkout might get delayed because of delivery congestion and delays. Our support staff will keep you updated with the delivery date during the delays.
Shipping Costs – Australia Wide
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer at cost. The price you see on the product page is exclusive of shipping. Free shipping option under any promotion scheme for any product will be clearly specified on the product page below the description section.
After agreeing to a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details including estimated shipping costs. Once all quality assurance checks have been performed and checked off, we will attempt to have your device sent by the associated freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for rural areas). An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the device and any shipping details. Once shipping is completed we will finalise the shipping costs and invoice you for any difference, or refund if required. We will provide the final shipping invoice if requested.
